How we work together

The journey begins with a tailor made roadmap and specific objectives to help you find your food joy. We’ll explore dietary considerations, food likes and dislikes, and any challenges you face in daily meal preparation. We can then work together during weekly, monthly or a set number of sessions to prepare/create meals that you can enjoy with family and friends.
